On the 16th of February, 2021, a community-based workshop was carried out at Fortsmith, AR to discuss the possible difficulties that may be encountered in the execution of the bike-share pilot project. This workshop had the attendance various stake holders who are residents of the community. Some of the key issues discussed were:
- Top possible problems likely to be encountered in the deployment of the program
- Solutions to likely problems earlier proposed
- Top locations for the test pilot deployment
- Sustainability concerns of the program
The event took place in Fort smith between the hours of 10:30am and 12:30pm and provided room for a dialogue session between the project investigators and the community stake holders
